Corqspace is expanding its Solutions Division, covering IT Service Management (ITSM) and Managed Print Services (MPS).We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing execution — from creating marketing materials and supporting sales events, to maintaining a credible and consistent social media presence.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and structured coordination. You'll collaborate closely with our BDR and Sales Team to strengthen brand visibility and improve how Corqspace presents itself to clients.

Key Responsibilities�� Sales & Marketing Collateral

· Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as:

· Company profile deck

· Product/service one-pagers

· Case studies and client highlights

· Proposal templates and presentations

· Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all materials

Event & Campaign Support

· Plan and execute Corqspace's marketing events and roadshows

· Coordinate with suppliers for booths, banners, giveaways, and logistics

· Collaborate with the BDR to manage pre-event invites, on-site branding, and post-event follow-ups

· Document and report event performance (attendance, inquiries, outcomes)

Social Media & Digital Presence

· Manage Corqspace's official LinkedIn and Facebook pages

· Create and schedule 2–3 posts weekly that showcase:

· Solutions (ITSM & MPS)

· Client stories and events

· Corqspace values and culture

· Track post performance and suggest content improvements

· Maintain a content library of captions, templates, and visuals for reuse

Reporting & Coordination

· Maintain a monthly marketing tracker (materials completed, posts, event ROI, engagement metrics)

· Conduct weekly check-ins with Sales and Management for alignment

· Manage the marketing folder structure and shared brand assets

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

· 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, IT, or service industries

· Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills

· Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools

· Experience managing small events or working with vendors

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines

· Comfortable working closely with sales, operations, and senior management

· Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and basic analytics
