We are seeking a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations, maintenance, and safety of mall facilities, contributing to an excellent customer and tenant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a mall or hospitality industry (an advantage but not required)
  • Willing to be assigned within Cebu City across various business locations
  • Flexible, hardworking, and a team player
  • PCO Certification is a plus but not mandatory
