About the role

As the Finance and Systems Supervisor at SEPAR Environmental Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial and operational systems. This full-time position is based in Angat Bulacan, where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the organisation's financial reporting, budgeting, and technology infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Collate, validate, analyze, and organize monthly financial and other operational data to provide basis for management decisions and assistance for business planning.

  2. Manage, evaluate and improve SEPAR's business processes to determine bottlenecks and possible system improvements.

  3. Own the Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV) processing from creation to closure and filing.

  4. Act as Cash Custodian for all the identified funds for SEPAR.

Qualifications

  1. College degree in Financial Management, Accountancy or Industrial Engineering

  2. At least one-year working experience in Finance

  3. With experience in financial data analysis

  4. Knowledge in basic accounting

  5. Knowledge in business processes and controls

  6. Knowledge in systems and online tools

  7. Analysis and Problem Solving

  8. Knowledgeable in MS word, Excel and power point and Google Apps
