The Hatchery Technician is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the hatchery to ensure the successful breeding, incubation, and rearing of fry or fingerlings. The role ensures proper handling, monitoring, and maintenance of hatchery facilities and stocks to support high-quality and efficient production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in hatchery operations is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge in fish breeding, larval rearing, or water quality management is a plus.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in field or hatchery environments.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Iba, Zambales
