Maintenance Technician

We are looking for someone who will bring solid knowledge and expertise in hatchery operations in the area of repair and general maintenance with the ability to plan and organize maintenance schedules.

  1. Inspection of Incubator Machines, Hatcher machines and support equipment during shift schedule.

  2. Responsible for egg setting.

  3. Checking, calibration and fumigation of machines prior to load hatching eggs.

  4. Preventive maintenance of Setter, Hatcher and all support equipment.

  5. Fumigation of pip eggs during 19th to 20th day of incubation.

  6. Safekeeping and proper handling of tools and IMTE (Instrument, Measuring and Test Equipment)

  7. Monitoring and proper operation of Generator set, Water Chiller and other major equipment.

  8. Monitoring, recording and analyzing of temperature and humidity at

Setter room, Hatcher room, Plenums, Egg Room, Storage Room, and chick Holding Room.

  1. Implementation of SOP"s are being followed and does related tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of 2years course or more in either Electrical/ Electronics, Electro – Mechanical/ Refrigeration
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Experienced in operating hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and pneumatic diagram
  • New Graduates can apply and will undergo training
