Senior Full Stack Developer

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our development team working on enterprise-level applications. This role involves developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our core business systems whilst collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

• Proven full stack development experience with .NET, , T-SQL, and C#
• Strong background in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with MS SQL databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and scrum frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with .NET-based CMS platforms such as Umbraco, Kentico, or Sitefinity
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex system dependencies

What will you do?Project Delivery

• Support strategic technology initiatives and business transformation projects
• Work closely with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Attend regular team meetings and provide progress updates on assigned tasks
• Collaborate using modern project management tools and version control systems
• Complete accurate timekeeping and reporting as required

Software Development and Support

• Develop and maintain .NET platform applications and integration layers
• Build and support frontend applications and customer-facing portals
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using .NET, , T-SQL, and C#
• Design and develop scalable software applications following agile methodologies
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications
• Address post-deployment issues and ensure application stability
• Collaborate with production support teams to resolve user issues and improve satisfaction
• Undertake additional duties within skill set as business needs arise

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in a timely manner
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
• Ensure software quality and reliability through rigorous testing practices

Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system designs
• Develop troubleshooting guides and FAQs for stakeholders
• Ensure documentation remains current and accessible
