Role

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to contribute to the development of our marketing and customer engagement platform. In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable features that drive business outcomes.

As a senior full-stack engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing robust, secure, and scalable applications across our Ruby on Rails and Vue.js stack.
  • Participating in code reviews, writing automated tests, and championing engineering best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with product, design, and customer success teams to deliver user-centric solutions that meet business requirements.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also contribute to system architecture discussions, help optimize backend and frontend performance, and participate in agile delivery and incident support.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably with expertise in Ruby on Rails and Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of marketing or customer engagement platforms, including campaign management, personalization engines, or A/B testing systems.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
