Our projects involve supporting top financial services firms and other clients across Asia, giving you exposure to diverse technologies, including cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and system development.

If you have experience with any of the following, we'd love to hear from you:

Providing remote and onsite technical support for clients, including hardware, software, and mobile applicationsSupporting cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, AWS, and AzureTroubleshooting issues with MacOS, Windows OS, and on-premise or cloud infrastructureResponding to and resolving tickets within documented SLAs using ticketing systemsEscalating complex issues to network and systems engineering teams and collaborating on solutionsAssisting with scripting, automation, and QA testing for development projectsMonitoring systems and responding to alerts in a timely mannerPreparing and reviewing technical documentation, audits, and cybersecurity reportsStrong understanding of networking technologies and IT support best practicesExcellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships professionallyProactive, innovative mindset with interest in IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and automationFlexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours when needed
