Responsible for:

  • Scanning all the inactive medical records of an examinee and saving according to date of PEME.
  • Stamping "scanned" on the Referral Slip form issued by agencies and/or the Registration Form for Medical Examination and on the corresponding envelop as evidence of performed activity, indicate the date and signs.
  • Ensuring all the scanned medical records are back up to an external back-up hard drive for safekeeping on a weekly basis.

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
