Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Digital Strategist and Account Manager to deliver compelling visual solutions across diverse industries. You will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency while bringing creative concepts to life for our varied client portfolio.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php 40,000-44,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time (40 hours)

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central (Chicago) Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, marketing materials, and digital campaigns
  • Create and maintain brand standards for new clients while adhering to established guidelines for existing accounts
  • Develop logos, business cards, flyers, and promotional materials that align with client objectives
  • Design website layouts and user interface elements that enhance user experience
  • Perform minor video editing tasks using Canva and other tools
  • Manage personal workload and project timelines using Asana task management system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Adapt design approaches to suit different industries and target audiences

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across various design mediums
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple clients or industries
  • Basic video editing capabilities
  • Understanding of social media design best practices
