Role: Collection Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 2:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and run reports on outstanding insurance and patient A/R on a daily/weekly basis.
- Verify payment accuracy with posting clerks and insurance companies.
- Contact insurance providers and patients regarding overdue accounts, documenting all communications.
- Submit new payment arrangements and escalate accounts over 90 days to the Business Office Manager for collection.
- Coordinate with collection agencies and track their progress on assigned accounts.
- Prepare and submit refunds to insurance companies when required, including supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in patient business charts and computer systems.
- Support other administrative and office tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; business office training preferred.
- Strong computer, typing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collection or billing certification preferred; ASC experience is a plus.
- Ethical and professional demeanor.

- Cooperative and professional interaction with patients, staff, and insurance representatives.
