We are a fast-growing Shopify fashion dropshipping brand based in The netherlands, operating in Denmark, with plans to expand into multiple markets.
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to fully take over our customer service operations and become a key player in our team.

? Your Main Responsibilities
Timely response to all customer inquiries, complaints, and questions via Re:amaze

Maximize revenue retention by handling returns and refund requests according to our policies — while being flexible in exceptional situations

Resolve PayPal, Shopify, and credit card disputes with a strategic approach

Track complaints in Google Sheets and communicate critical issues to the CEO and suppliers

Categorize complaints per product/situation, look for patterns, and propose improvements

Follow instructions based on priority and company SOPs

Maintain high-quality communication with customers and the internal team via Slack

???? Requirements (Do NOT apply if you don't meet all):

? Proven experience with customer support for Shopify dropshipping fashion brands

? Must be highly skilled with Re:amaze

? Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)

? Excellent written English

? Ability to work independently and make critical customer service decisions without micromanagement

? Team player — you'll work closely with our CEO and fulfillment partners

? Reliable, fast internet connection and ability to work during European time zones
