QUALIFICATIONS Experienced Digital Design Engineer

  • Proven ability to actively contribute to IP/SoC-level projects, digital logic design and
  • implementation in advanced technology nodes, from micro-architectural definition and
  • documentation, to RTL design, verification, physical implementation and customer support.
  • Having a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications
  • Engineering/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics or Computer
  • Science major in Computer Hardware/Embedded Systems.
  • 5 to 10 years working experience in ASIC/SoC design and simulation/verification for SoCs with
  • a proven track record in performing and working with teams in all aspects of the SoC design
  • flow from logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and sub-systems into
  • SoC full chip designs, register Transfer Level (RTL) design and simulation for SoCs, high-level
  • design synthesis to place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is
  • ready for fabrication and manufacturing, including analyzing equipment to establish
  • operation infrastructure, conducting experimental tests, evaluating results.
  • Has a working experience in UVM environment.
  • Experience in any of the following Languages: SystemVerilog, C, C++/System C, Python, Java,
  • Verilog/VHDL.

  • Familiarity with or Experience in two or more of the following:

  • ASIC/SOC Design Flows including Synthesis, DFT, STA, UPF, and ECO flows;

  • Low Power design techniques;
  • NVMe, PCIe, DDR, or Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture (AMBA) standards;
  • Big Box Emulation platforms (i.e. Protium, Palladium);
  • Formal Verification methods.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills supported by relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having an active nonimmigrant US visa or Canada visa/eTA is a plus.
