As an IT Service Delivery Supervisor at Concerted Management Corporation, you will oversee the day-to-day management of IT services, ensuring that all Motortrade branches nationwide have the IT support they need for seamless operations. You'll lead a talented team of IT professionals and ensure exceptional service delivery, from system performance to user support.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and supervise a team of IT technicians and analysts, delivering consistent IT support across all Motortrade branches nationwide.

Monitor and manage the performance of IT systems, including servers, networks, applications, and hardware to ensure high service standards.

Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect all systems and data from potential cyber threats.

Collaborate with various departments to identify IT needs and ensure tailored solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Oversee and manage IT service requests, incidents, and escalations, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Develop and implement strategies for service improvements to enhance productivity, system performance, and user experience.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.

Ensure all IT service delivery processes align with company goals and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory or management role, ideally within a support or service delivery environment.

In-depth knowledge of IT systems management, network administration, and security best practices.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing IT team.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues.

Effective communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA) are highly preferred.
