About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC'. This is a full-time position based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our database
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the management team
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to provide consistent and high-quality service
