Required Skills

· Strong attention to detail and creative eye for design

· Good communication and presentation skills to discuss concepts with stakeholders

· Project management or organizational skills to handle overlapping campaigns

· Knowledge of current design trends, especially in retail and digital marketing

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· Experience in retail or similar fast-paced environments

Additional Skills (Preferred)

· Basic photography and videography

· Familiarity with motion graphics or animation

· Background in supervising or training junior designers

· Ability to coordinate with suppliers on the production of creative materials
