This role combines traditional graphic design expertise with modern AI-driven design capabilities to support branding, marketing, and content execution.Benefits: Competitive salaryStrong support systemSalary increase starting in your first year of employment (based on performance)Health benefit ($30/month)Training materials for upskilling are providedPaid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes)Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance)Paid planned leavesInternet Allowance ($25/month) Key Responsibilities: Design, Video & Visual CreationProduce high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, including social media, website, ads, and email marketingCreate engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytellingCreate brand-aligned graphics for both internal and external use AI-Driven Design IntegrationUtilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar to ideate, generate, or refine visual assetsExplore new AI tools and recommend best-fit platforms for creative enhancementLeverage AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.) to support efficient and creative video production Brand ManagementEnsure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and visual identityHelp evolve the brand’s visual language across channels while maintaining coherence Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to lifeTranslate briefs and storyboards into cohesive visualsCollaborate on script development, visual storytelling, and editing workflows for video content File Management & Asset OrganizationMaintain an organized asset library and ensure consistency in brand visuals across all touchpointsAd Hoc & Cross-Functional SupportSupport presentation design, mockups, product visuals, or pitch decks as neededJump in to assist other team members with fast-turnaround design needs or special projectsAssist in producing video content for internal communications, product demos, or event highlights Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field2+ years of professional experience in graphic designHands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics creationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and AI design toolsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design toolsStrong portfolio showcasing a mix of traditional and AI-enhanced design workExcellent understanding of branding principles and visual consistencyAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesSchedule: Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Working Hours:Full Time (40 hours per week)Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time Pay: $800 + $55 Allowance per Month MOVE Your Business is an outsourcing company based in Southern California, dedicated to empowering both businesses and professionals.
