On behalf of our client, were seeking a Marketing Manager whos not just creative but also tech-savvy, someone who knows how to harness the power of AI to drive results. Youll play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across channels. From campaign ideation to automation and analytics, youll own the process end-to-end and ensure measurable growth. Content & Campaigns:Manage content calendars and campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid, website).Use AI tools to streamline content creation, design, and optimization. AI & Automation:Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.Leverage AI for data insights, reporting, and performance optimization. Lead Generation & Analytics:Drive qualified leads through paid and organic campaigns.Track results, analyze metrics, and continuously improve ROI. Collaboration & Projects:Work closely with leadership and sales teams for aligned execution.Support ad hoc initiatives such as launches, events, or rebranding. Ad Hoc & Administrative Support:Assist the founder with ad hoc tasks that align with marketing, branding, or operational needs.Maintain flexibility to take on new and evolving responsibilities as the business scales. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution (B2B preferred).Proven ability to manage marketing end-to-end with minimal supervision.Experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva).Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.
