ReigniteIQ is an AI-driven automotive data intelligence platform that identifies exactly when consumers are back in the market for a vehicle. By tracking and analyzing millions of consumer signals, our Artificial Intelligence delivers high-intent buyers directly to dealerships. Dealers receive these leads at no upfront cost and only pay on a performance basis when a sale is made.This role is a 50:50 blend of customer-facing and technical-facing responsibilities. You’ll lead onboarding for new clients, map data fields across systems, and build documentation that ensures a smooth and scalable experience. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to refine SOPs and improve onboarding workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experienceConduct data mapping between client systems and ReigniteIQ’s platform (field-to-field)Build and maintain SOPs and process documentation for onboarding workflowsCollaborate with clients to understand their systems (Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM Dealer Platforms) and tailor setup accordinglyAttend onboarding calls and provide clear, patient guidance to clientsTroubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolutionContinuously improve onboarding processes based on client feedback and internal learningsRole will oversee onboarding strategy and execution, with future responsibility for building and managing a high-performing onboarding team.Requirements3+ years in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success rolesFamiliarity with DMS systems and CRM dealer platformsStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetExperience building SOPs and documentation from scratchDetail-oriented with a knack for field-level data mappingPatience and empathy when working with clients of varying technical backgroundsComfortable working with remote teams and global clientsBonus PointsExperience in SaaS or B2B data platformsBackground in technical support or implementationFamiliarity with automation tools or API integrations
