Job Brief:Get ready to jumpstart your career Apply for our Management Trainee position and be ready to be trained as one of our future leaders.Management Trainees are trained for the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager. During their training, Management Trainees work collaboratively with the store managers and other departments in the organization to achieve overall business objectives.Responsibilities: Specifically, the Management Trainee will learn to fulfill the following responsibilities:Ensure compliance with established standards for Food, Safety, and Cleanliness and achieve a high audit rating across all store operationsOversee day-to-day store operations to maintain or enhance operational efficiency and quality of service, promptly addressing customer needs to boost satisfaction.Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagementAssess and secure opportunities for profit such as managing costs and streamlining processes, to meet or exceed profit targetsOversee activities to manage the workforce, including hiring, orientation, certification, and shift schedulingPerform essential administrative duties, like office organization, securing permits, report preparation, and implementing Store Safety programs.Qualifications:Must have a Bachelor's Degree (i.e. graduated from a 4 year college course)Proficient with technology and essential computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and ExcelStrong communication and organizational skillsDemonstrates capability for leading, developing and supervising a teamWilling to work rotating shifts, physically fit and able to work long hoursPreferred (but not required):Bachelor's Degree in Food or Business related coursePast work experience in food service industry or in customer service, or in any customer-facing work environmentFRESH GRADUATES are highly encouraged to apply.Available/Possible Store Assignments:Jollibee Bethany Real TaclobanJollibee EVMC TaclobanJollibee Gaisano TaclobanJollibee Rotunda TaclobanJollibee Zamora TaclobanChowking EVMC Tacloban Chowking Imelda TaclobanChowking Robinsons TaclobanChowking PaloGreenwich Savemore TaclobanGreenwich Robinsons Tacloban
