Needs Assessment & Planning: Perform a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.Monitor and assess employee performance to determine the need for additional training or coaching.Collaborate with team leads and management to ensure that training objectives align with business goals. Content Development & Updates: Regularly update training content to reflect the latest industry trends, healthcare policies, and procedural changes.Review and refine training strategies based on feedback and evolving business requirements. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all training programs meet the required industry standards and comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.Conduct performance evaluations and assessments to track learning outcomes and effectiveness. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress.Provide regular reports on training metrics, including completion rates and performance improvements.
