Summary: A leading software company, specializing in data management and data governance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google and Bing Ads, as well as experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter ads, to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms as well as on B2B/B2C social media such as LinkedIn, Meta, etc.Account Based Marketing (ABM)Collaborate with regional and global teams and internal stakeholders regarding campaign details, requirements and results.Create and optimize ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversionsConduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performanceMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholdersManage budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of ROI targetsStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and search engine marketingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goalsUtilize industry tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google and Bing AdsExperience in dealing with global teams is a big plusCombined experience in B2B and B2C marketing; SaaS marketing experience is a big plusProven experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Twitter, and other social adsIn-depth knowledge of paid media best practices and industry toolsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsAdvanced ad campaign optimization skillsExcellent communication and reporting skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneouslyGoogle Analytics 4 certification is a plusFamiliarity with ABM tools such as 6Sense is a big plusKnowledge of other languages (FR/DE/CN) is a plus Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Schedule: Shifting/Mid-Shift (2:00-11:00 PM) Location: Makati City By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
