JOB DESCRIPTIONGeodata Systems, premier provider of smart mapping and spatial analytics solutions in the Philippines is looking for a Marketing Officer who will be: responsible for supporting and implementation of the marketing plans and programs, assist in managing and executing marketing events and campaigns, coordinating and overseeing various marketing tasks in preparing for events/exhibits, reports, photo documentation, has basic knowledge in professional/marketing communications, documentation, market research, database management, and graphic design tools, staying up to date with the latest marketing tools and trends, and active collaborative with the marketing team and internal stakeholders. Qualifications:College degree in Marketing or Marketing Management, Arts/Communications/BA, or any related courses from a reputable schoolRelated marketing events and graphic design experience from school or previous work is an advantageResponsibilities:Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and programsContribute ideas for Geodata brand (i.e., social media promotion, concept and design of corporate giveaways)Assist and coordinate with marketing events/exhibits/marketing materials preparation/secretariat tasksPerform marketing duties for onsite eventsPreparation of post-event report/documentation/photosContribute ideas for campaigns, social media, newsletter, and poster contentGenerate new database from events and inquiriesAnswering inquiries received from marketing emailResearching and profiling of inquiriesContribute to the creation of designs for posters, newsletters, brochures, or other creativesRequired Skills:Proficiency in MS Office 365 (OneDrive, Outlook)Good communication and interaction skillsPresentation skillsKnowledgeable in SharePoint, ArchibusAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorEmail toolsPERKS AND BENEFITSHybrid work setupSolo Parent LeavePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysSpecial Leave Benefits for WomenMaternity & Paternity LeaveMedical/Health Insurance
