We are looking for hardworking, trustworthy people to join our restaurant operations team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our stores. Job Description:Service Crew work with their managers to ensure smooth operations of their assigned branch. Crew are trained for and assigned to different stations and contribute to the team efforts to achieve sales and performance targets set by the Company. In general, Service Crew are expected to:Consistently deliver on food quality and speed of service by following procedures and guidelines set by the CompanyMaintain orderliness and cleanliness for their assigned work area and contribute to overall sanitation and cleanliness of the storeProvide good customer service and attend to customer needsDeal with customer feedback with a positive attitudePerform assigned tasks in compliance with and to uphold food safety standards for products prepared and served to customersComply with company procedures and guidelines set for store inventory management, cleanliness and sanitation, cash control and other related aspects of store operationsAssist their managers and colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth and effective store operationsQualifications:At least 18 years old or aboveOpen to high school or senior high school graduates.
