Job brief

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide strategic and architectural leadership across a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide systems and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding solution development that aligns with business objectives, supports digital transformation initiatives, and ensures long-term scalability and governance across complex technology ecosystems.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and other related fields
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development
  • Knowledgeable in any of the following programming languages: Java, Go, Python; MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle; Javascript, HTML, CSS
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Understanding or knowledge of TOGAF is a plus
  • Excellent business communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation efforts.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design across enterprise systems, shared infrastructure, and applicationsbalancing innovation, compliance, and risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business capabilities, processes, and value streams, translating them into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
  • Provide governance and oversight on solution architecture to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop architecture principles, patterns, frameworks, and reference models to guide technology decisions and integration efforts.
  • Conduct solution evaluations and technology assessments to support infrastructure investment planning and enterprise decision-making.
  • Facilitate architecture assurance and compliance reviews across the full solution lifecycle from planning and procurement to implementation and deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvements in architecture governance and technology standardization through regular review cycles, trend analysis, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in two or more IT solution development disciplines, such as infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, or database/cloud engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise solution design methodologies and modern architectural frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies:
    • Programming Languages: Java, Go, Python
    • Databases: MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle
    • Web Technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented insights.
