Key Responsibilities Contract & Financial Review Review invoices, contract terms, and A/R & A/P records. Validate pricing, billing terms, and financial accuracy. Ensure adherence to client standards. Data Accuracy Enter financial and contract data with precision. Identify errors and correct inconsistencies. Record Maintenance Maintain organized contract documentation. Support labeling, audit readiness, and archival cleanup. Process Improvement Identify recurring issues or workflow gaps. Assist in updating SOPs for smoother operations. Cross-Team Collaboration Liaise with operations, finance, and compliance teams. Clarify unclear terms or missing information. What You Bring 2+ years in finance ops, contract review, accounting, or admin roles. Experience in corporate documentation environments. Strong spreadsheet and communication skills.
