Your schedule could be morning, afternoon, or overnight (Pacific Time Zone) depending on the business needs.**Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Implementing onboarding tactics that are in line with the objectives of both the company and the clientConfiguring client accounts within expected timeframesIdentifying and addressing issues accordinglyCollaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issuesAmenable with shifting schedule.Required Skills and ExperienceRestaurant experience is a BIG plusA minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Support, Implementation, or Onboarding)Strong written and verbal communication skills to create a clear and effective onboarding experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and efficientlyDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel to create, format, and manipulate spreadsheetsExperience using Microsoft Word to create, format, and edit documentsThe following equipment is required:A personal computerConsistently stable internet connectivityAn alternative internet source in case of any connectivity issuesA web-camera, which may be integrated into your laptop, or an external device linked to your desktop computerA microphone, which may be integrated into your laptop, or an external device linked to your desktop computerMonitask Time Tracker
