Responsibilities and Duties Oversee and manage all aspects of recruitment to ensure hiring goals are metProvide strategic insights based on experience to maximize recruiting effortsImplement strategic hiring proceduresPartner with the Operation and Client Service team to confirm hiring needsAct as Recruiting liaison with client contacts and representativesCreate and suggest new and effective interviewing proceduresDirectly interact with job applicants and respond to initial queriesMaintain and monitor applicant submissions to ensure timely follow-upOversee recruitment systems (Bamboo HR, RAMP) to track and manage candidate informationConduct initial candidate screenings and interviewsRecommend qualified candidates to relevant departments for further evaluationCoordinate and oversee any required assessments for candidatesEstablish clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team to ensure effective performanceTrain, mentor, and supervise recruiters to ensure adherence to company processes and recruitment best practices Required Knowledge and Skills 2 + years experience in recruitingAbility to multi-task and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills.The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work in high-pressure, fast paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours with the possibility of working outside of scheduled hours.
