BPO - Software QA Analyst

Apply today How You Spend Your Eight Hours Review and analyze system specifications prior to release to ensure products meet design standards Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements Develop use cases for functional testing from product requirements Perform functional testing on individual software changes and updates Develop, execute, and maintain regression tests for critical product components Evaluate product code against specifications Create detailed logs documenting testing phases and defects Report bugs and errors to engineering teams Assist in troubleshooting issues Handle software defects escalated from Level 2 support, isolate root causes, and update QA practices post-release Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle What You Must Possess Bachelors degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience At least a year of experience in manual software testing (zero experience is welcome) Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA) technologies (preferred) Experience with software systems and agile teams (preferred) Understanding of development methodologies and testing types (e.g., functional, system integration, regression).
