That’s where you come in.What You'll Actually Be Doing:You'll be building real relationships with doctors’ offices — calling, following up, coordinating documentation — all so that patients can get their medical supplies without the red tape.You’ll review patient records, prescriptions, and chart notes to ensure everything is in place for insurance approval and timely delivery.You’ll be the link between the patient, the provider, and our internal team — making the process smoother for everyone involved.And you’ll do all of this while keeping things organized, professional, and compliant.This Role Is NOT for Everyone.Let’s be honest: if you’re someone who just wants to clock in and out, or who struggles in a high-growth, fast-moving environment — this might not be the best fit.
