Essential Qualifications

  • Progressively responsible experience in international development, especially in health service delivery and adolescent/youth-specific healthcare.
  • Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships with host governments, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
