About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Wingman Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements, safety regulations, and property standards.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, liaising with contractors, vendors, and property owners to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
  • Assist with financial management tasks, such as rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Support the implementation of property management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients and tenants.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in New Zealand and Australian real estate.
  • The ability to conduct a smooth tenant onboarding process.
  • Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors.
  • Preparing and sending lease agreements and other property-related documents.
  • Experience with Vault RE, Nurture Cloud, and Campaign Track.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to start immediately.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive salary package that reflects your skills and qualifications.
