Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Specialist will perform various duties, including:

  • Managing business communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other related tasks as required.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Schedule and manage Outlook calendars.


Team Player
  • Perform duties with integrity and honesty.
  • Meet educational requirements (Undergraduate Degree).
  • Have 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Be well organized and self-motivated.


Working Conditions
  • Work from Home environment.
  • Ability to work night shifts during U.S. hours.
  • Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No Satellite.


Work Standards
  • Subject to and expected to comply with all applicable policies and procedures.


Benefits

Basic Salary: PHP 27,000 - 33,000 per month.
