Architecture Support Specialist

As an Architecture Manager Assistant, you will be providing support to the architecture manager in daily administrative and project-related tasks. This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in administrative assistance, preferably in architecture or construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager.
  • Task Coordination: Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring timely completion.
  • Architectural Support: Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking.
  • USA Structure Knowledge: Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks.
  • Client & Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards.
  • Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This is a full-time remote position with a flexible schedule from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10pm-6am PH Time). The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD, Excel, and ClickUp, and possess strong knowledge of USA architectural structures.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $7200 and $8400 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The currency for the remuneration is USD.
