Lead the charge in digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic sourcing unit. As a key player, spearhead projects that enhance production efficiency, quality, compliance, and sustainability through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with operational goals, focusing on automation, data analytics, IoT, and smart manufacturing technologies.

  • Process Optimization: Drive the deployment of digital solutions (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA, predictive maintenance tools) to streamline end-to-end manufacturing processes, reducing waste and improving yield.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage real-time data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, enabling continuous improvement and business growth.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, co-create digital solutions, and drive adoption across the plant floor.

  • Change Management: Foster a culture of innovation, providing training and support to ensure user engagement and competency with digital tools.

  • Vendor & Technology Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and platforms to ensure alignment with compliance, security, and scalability requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track ROI, and report progress of digital initiatives to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a digital/IT-focused role.

  • Proven experience implementing Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing solutions.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, etc.).

  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

  • Visionary with self-learning initiative.
