Orthopedic Specialist

Overview of the Position

Act as a Technical Support Specialist providing technical assistance to medical professionals during standard orthopedic practices and routine surgical procedures. All activities are performed under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.

Responsible for implementing and coordinating sales and marketing strategies within the territory, following company guidelines to achieve sales and marketing goals.

The following are illustrative duties and may vary:

• Serve as the primary contact for orthopedic support, surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service technical support.
• Educate customers on product benefits and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations across various platforms.
• Attend surgical procedures to ensure successful use of orthopedic products.
• Ensure timely sales ordering and proper documentation for sales processes and collections.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and defective products.
• Monitor expiration dates of date-sensitive products and coordinate their removal or transfer as needed.
• Coordinate closely with customer service and logistics departments.
• Submit case reports promptly, detailing product use in surgeries.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related medical field
• 1-2 years of experience in handling medical equipment or providing technical support in orthopedics; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
