
Remote Virtual Support Professional

This role is perfect for someone who's organized, proactive, and tech-savvy. As a virtual support professional, you'll be supporting a fast-moving team with a mix of administrative, coordination, and digital organization work.
You'll have the opportunity to work on various tasks such as calendar scheduling, meeting reminders, and basic coordination. You'll also be responsible for organizing files, documents, and internal trackers across tools like Google Drive or Notion.
In addition, you'll assist with email follow-ups, data entry, and light research. You'll help draft simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages, and format and publish content or updates (blog drafts, social posts, internal docs).

- Update internal trackers and checklists to ensure project timelines are met
- Support recurring tasks such as newsletter formatting, light reporting, or organizing feedback
- Help set up or streamline systems to improve day-to-day efficiency
- 2–3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a week
- Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
