Fleet Manager

To ensure seamless fleet operations, we seek an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of company-owned vehicles. This role involves strategic planning, efficient acquisition and deployment, regular maintenance, compliance management, cost optimization, and performance reporting—aiming for operational reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness of the fleet.

This position demands a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules, fleet compliance requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful Fleet Manager will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience working with fleet management software. A degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related industry are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies.
  • Ensure timely and efficient acquisition, deployment, and maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fleet operations and minimize costs.
