Job Description

Ergo Contract Phil Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions, to analyze and present data
  • Exercise strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least one year of work experience
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strategic and clear leadership skills
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
