About the Role:

Peninsula Corporate Inc. is a leading business consulting firm offering comprehensive corporate, administrative, accounting and tax services to our valued clients.

We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant/Paralegal with exceptional skills and experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Record management and maintenance
  2. Compliance with laws and regulations
  3. Facilitating board meetings and ensuring adherence to proper procedures
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a strong administrative role - preferably in a law or accounting firm
  2. Proficient computer literacy, particularly MS Office365 Suite
  3. Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
  4. Exceptional customer service and client relationship skills
  5. Able to multi-task, be self-motivated, proactive and willing to work in a multicultural environment
  6. Good analytical skills and high ethical standards
