The Corporate Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of YGC Corporate Services Inc. This individual will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, human resources functions, and providing general support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-stocked supply cabinet.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

Human Resources Functions:

  • Recruit and hire new employees.
  • Onboard and train new employees.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support disciplinary action, termination, and grievance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
