Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing executive to spearhead our marketing strategy across multiple high-growth crypto casino projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention, across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives user acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, including Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
