Visual Communications Specialist

This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to create visually compelling materials across various mediums, including web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, and internal communications.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with teams or clients to develop creative solutions for a variety of materials such as web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, newsletters, and marketing content.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within our established brand identity.
- Develop original concepts by hand or through software, carefully selecting color schemes, fonts, imagery, and layout to convey ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe CC).
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
