Marketing Designer

We are seeking a skilled marketing designer to develop creative design briefs across our marketing and sales divisions.

  • Design innovative visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh creativity.
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability.
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a marketing designer or similar role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each.
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Keen analytical mind, and able to optimise design for performance using data-driven insights.
