Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to manage cloud support, IT infrastructure, and customer environments.

  • Manage cloud support and IT infrastructure for Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
  • Provide hardware support as needed and resolve technical issues.

The ideal candidate will address technical issues, deliver projects, and ensure system reliability. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets efficiently.
  • Triage calls to assess and prioritize issues.
  • Proactive monitoring of customer environments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Intermediate Technician/Systems Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, network configurations, and common software applications.
