Job Description">

Manage day-to-day operations of short and long-term rental properties.

  • Coordinate maintenance, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws for short-term rentals.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, including tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Stable and fast internet connection required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with optimism and a positive attitude.
