Job Title: WordPress Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually engaging and user-friendly websites through theme customization, layout design, branding, and enhancing user engagement.
  • Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns, ensuring alignment with branding and UX goals.
  • Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices.
  • Collaborate with content creators and developers on integrated designs that meet marketing objectives.
  • Enhance the user journey and experience through layout and design improvements.
  • Support marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital properties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in web and graphic design.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • A strong background in web and graphic design with a proven portfolio.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into effective design strategies.
  • Clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients.
