Our ideal candidate is a marketing and design specialist with strong digital skills.

This role combines digital marketing execution with brand design ownership. It involves creating engaging content, building campaigns, and driving results through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality content to clients and leads, focusing on clarity, consistency, and impact.
  • Set up and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Report on performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
Content Creation
  • Create and publish engaging social posts that mix thought leadership and brand content.
  • Collaborate with the video editor on video posts to showcase our brand story.
  • Write, format, and publish a blog each month to share knowledge and insights.
  • Produce a case study each month with input from the delivery team to showcase success stories.
Lead Operations
  • Import leads from predictive index (salesforce) three times per week to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring and notes for the BDM to inform sales decisions.
Brand & Design
  • Deliver 6–12 creative assets per month, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, etc.
  • Maintain our brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.
  • Recommend one idea each month for optimization or creative experimentation to drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Personality Fit:
    • Organized, proactive, and outcome-focused.
    • Enjoys creative ownership but works collaboratively with a small team.
    • Confident communicator – written and visual.
    • High standards for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
