We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Marketing Coordinator to join our team

About the Role

The Project Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our project sites, ensuring the overall quality and condition of our properties, including Show Villages and Sales Pavilions.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of our project sites, ensuring that all aspects of the site are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • To ensure that all marketing collaterals are available and of high quality in all project sites' Show Villages.
  • To act as a liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, coordinating requests for marketing materials.
  • To monitor and manage site expenses to ensure they align with our approved budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing and Events functions.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management.
  • Excellent management skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel from one site to another and report to Makati City as needed.
