About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Reputation Management Coordinator to join our team at AboitizPower.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support towards the fulfillment of Reputation and Stakeholder Management's (RSM) strategy and execution of its programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine effective ways to enhance stakeholder management within the Business Unit.
  2. Ensure prompt handling of local grievances and concerns from various stakeholders.
  3. Analyze and recommend improvements to existing departmental processes and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather data related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for the Business Group.
  5. Manage RSM's performance management platforms to monitor the team's performance against set objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Community Development, or Marketing.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience.
